I have competed in over 100 triathlons, cyclocross, criteriums, aquathons, bicycle and running road races and others. I still race. I am a year round bicycle commuter and circled Lake Michigan from Ludington to Manitowoc via bicycle with my wife. I am a four time marathoner, runner and swimmer since age 8, triathlete since age 10, and was a competitive swimmer in high school and college. I coached swim workouts for the San Diego Triathlon Club while in law school. I understand the importance of being fit and can relate to people who have a love for exercise but have been hurt by inattentive drivers.
In addition to racing I love to ride for fun and do things like the Santa Bike Ride, bike camping, group rides with friends, and rides with my family.
I do or have sponsored many running races, bike races, triathlons, aquathons, Ride the Drive and many other bicycle friendly events.
